Child Development Monitoring: Supervise and assess children's participation and progress, maintaining regular communication with families and staff.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to licensing regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.

Professional Growth & Leadership Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership training to stay informed on best practices in child and youth development.
