Knowledge
Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles and play-based learning approaches.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Current first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
A passion for fostering a positive and enriching environment for children.
