LIFE AT PETER PAN:

Where Work Feels Like Purpose, and
Teamwork Feels Like
Family

At The Little Peter After School, “Life at Peter Pan” is about more than just clocking in and out, it’s about belonging to something magical. Since our founding in October 2023, we’ve worked hard to create not just a space where children grow and thrive, but where our team feels valued, supported, and inspired.

Our name may be inspired by Peter Pan, but our work is deeply grounded in care, collaboration, and commitment to children and each other.

A Day in the Life

Life here is full of energy, creativity, and meaning.
Each day brings new opportunities to:

Create joy through art, music, storytelling, and play

Support growth by helping children develop emotionally and socially

Build trust with families who rely on us for quality care

Learn together as we share experiences, challenges, and laughter as a team

You might find yourself leading a science experiment,
comforting a child after a tough day, decorating for a themed
event, or brainstorming new ideas with coworkers. No two
days are the same — and that’s part of the magic.

Celebrating Together

At Peter Pan, we celebrate everything — big and small. Our team works hard, and we make time to enjoy the journey.

From school spirit weeks to team appreciation lunches, from costume parties to professional development days, we believe in keeping our culture positive, fun, and connected. Some of our favorite events include:

Friendship Fest: An annual celebration of teamwork, diversity, and kindness

Staff Spotlight Week: Where we celebrate and thank our amazing educators

Seasonal Showcases: Where kids (and sometimes staff!) show off their creative talents

Peter Pan Picnic: A team-and-family outdoor event filled with games, food, and laughter

We also host monthly team huddles where everyone has a voice — because we grow best when we grow together.

Life at Peter Pan isn’t just a
job. It’s a purpose. A passion.
A community.

Join us — and help shape a world where children
feel safe, seen, and free to be themselves.
